It was another good summit this year, exploring diversity and inclusion in the advertising and marketing industries. 

From BAME representation to the untapped spending power of disabled consumers, we had some real insights as well as positive actions.

Humble brag alert: I was also thrilled and humbled to be named as one of the #DIMA50 male champions for equality in marketing and media. Seriously though, a lot of work still to be done. Here's hoping it stays top of the agenda.
