This weekend is the climax of Pride in London's festivities, this year paying tribute to 50 years of activism, celebration and protest that followed the Stonewall Riots in 1969.
Lewis Silkin have also turned their logo rainbow coloured, flags have gone up outside the building and our social media pages have turned different colours. We have also introduced a new initiative this year – THE PRIDE PLEDGE BOARD which is open for all Lewis Silkin employees to sign up and show their support towards (and that they are an ally of) the LGBTQ+ community.
The AdSlogans database is nothing if not inclusive and contains a number of LGBT equality slogans. The overriding theme of these messages is love, acceptance and pride. Indeed, Stonewall, the LGBT rights charity's own slogan is 'Acceptance without exception'.

Marks & Spencer has launched an "LGBT" sandwich in a show of “support for Pride”. The “colourful” sandwich, packed with lettuce, guacamole, bacon and tomato – to fulfil the LGBT acronym – went on sale in the UK and Ireland at the beginning of May, to mark the start of the pride season. "Alongside this, to celebrate Pride 2019 M&S is donating £10,000 to akt the national LGBTQ+ Youth Homelessness charity. M&S is also donating €1000 to BeLonG To Youth Services for LGBTI+ young people in Ireland."
